Jeffery Cox proudly serves as a board member of the Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance, where he brings professional experience in both human resources and accounting. His background includes supporting organizations through effective workforce management, financial oversight, and operational structure. With a strong understanding of how people and systems work together, Jeffery helps ensure that SVPA maintains responsible governance while continuing to grow its impact throughout the region.

In his professional career, Jeffery has worked in roles that focus on employee support, compliance, financial organization, and administrative operations. These experiences allow him to contribute valuable perspective to the board when it comes to policy development, organizational planning, and maintaining strong internal practices. His attention to detail and focus on sustainability help support SVPA’s long-term goals as the organization continues expanding its programs, events, and community partnerships.

Jeffery lives in Harrisonburg, Virginia with his husband, Thomas. Together they are proud to call the Shenandoah Valley home and are passionate about supporting a welcoming and inclusive community for everyone. Jeffery believes that visibility, advocacy, and connection are key to strengthening the LGBTQ+ community, and he is honored to contribute his time and expertise to the mission of the Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance.
